You can request a refund for your pass only if:

You have not yet activated it

You have not made any bookings
If you have already activated the pass or booked any activities, a refund will not be possible, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
In the case of technical issues or exceptional circumstances, our team will evaluate each request individually. We kindly ask you to send us any relevant evidence (screenshots, receipts) to help us assist you as quickly as possible.
